Lunch with the owners of Instant Gourmet Spices

Posted by: Ryan on: 28 Mar, 2008

I had the pleasure of meeting one of my clients in person this week, which is quite rare considering that 99% of my clients are in other parts of the country. Just before moving to Florida, I realized that I would be roughly 10 miles from a client, Instant Gourmet Spices, owned by Phil LaMarche and his lovely wife Diane - located in nearby Palm Harbor. After months of email and phone correspondence, I figured we should get together in person. Phil agreed and invited me to lunch at Ozona Blue,  an excellent seafood restaurant in a beautiful setting on the gulf. (The food is great, by the way!)

Our meeting was quite enjoyable, consisting of great discussions regarding business, family, hobbies, and even politics. I especially enjoyed hearing about Phil’s and background and early days starting Instant Gourmet Spices. If you ever get the chance to meet him, ask about his presentation that landed his products in Super Target!

If you haven’t ever tried Instant Gourmet’s products, I strongly suggest that you pick some up. It is beautifully packaged and will add life to anything you cook. Check out their website (or you can order them at iBuyGourmet.com too)
