Project in New Orleans

Posted by: Ryan on: 07 Aug, 2008

We are going back to New Orleans, (where the business was founded, and my wife’s hometown) next week for 2 weeks for a new client project (and to visit family). It has been almost a year since we were last there, so we are certainly excited. I can’t wait to enjoy an original shrimp po’ boy, some authentic gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice…the list goes on. If you have ever experienced real N’Awlins dining, you know what I am talking about.

If any of you New Orleans/Louisiana readers want to meet up while I am there, please let me know!
